Terms of use

These terms apply when you use bedrockgrants.com, read our guides or send us a request. If you have a question about them, email us at info@bedrockgrants.com.

Updated

Last updated October 16, 2026. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The guides are general education

Our guides explain public grant programs and processes in general terms. They are not legal, financial, accounting, procurement or award-specific advice. Your organization's facts, the current notice of funding opportunity and your executed award documents decide what applies to you.

We are independent

Bedrock Grants LLC is a private firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or speaking for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Justice (DOJ) or any state agency.

Agencies decide; we don't guarantee results

The administering agencies decide eligibility, funding, allowable costs and awards. We cannot guarantee that any application will be selected, any cost approved or any reimbursement paid. Nothing on the site is a promise of funding.

Using the site does not make you a client

Reading the site, emailing us or submitting the request form does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when you and Bedrock sign a written engagement. Until then, please don't rely on us to meet a deadline or take any step for you.

Accuracy and dates

We work to keep the guides accurate and link our sources. Grant rules, deadlines and dollar limits change, and each guide shows the date of its last review. Before you act, confirm the current requirements with the administering agency. Our editorial policy explains how we source and date the guides.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and in good faith. You may not:

  • send spam or false requests through the form;
  • scrape or crawl the site in a way that burdens it or interferes with other visitors;
  • use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may block access or delete submissions that break these rules.

Quoting and linking to our guides

We own the content of the site, including the guides. You are welcome to link to any page. You may also quote a brief passage if you credit Bedrock Grants and link to the source page. Please ask us before you copy longer sections or republish a guide.

The guides link to agency pages, regulations and other outside sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

No warranties

We provide the site and its content "as is." To the extent the law allows, we make no promises, express or implied, that the content is complete, current, error-free or fit for your purpose.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Bedrock Grants LLC is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. This includes a missed deadline, a denied application or cost, or a lost award. If you engage us, your signed engagement governs our work for you.

Florida law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
